Cancellation on Website by Customer

Customers have the flexibility to cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched. However, once the order leaves our facility, cancellation is no longer possible. Here’s how it works:

Order Placement and Processing:

  • When a customer places an order, we process it promptly. This involves verifying payment details, checking stock availability, and preparing the items for dispatch.
  • During this stage, customers can easily cancel their order by contacting our customer service team. We recommend doing so as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.

Dispatch and Beyond:

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it’s on its way to the customer. At this point, we cannot cancel it directly from our end.
  • Customers can track their order’s status using the provided tracking information. If they wish to cancel, they should reach out to our customer service team immediately.

Fraud Prevention and Terms Violations:

  • We take fraud prevention seriously. If we suspect any fraudulent activity related to an order, we reserve the right to cancel it without prior notice. Similarly, if a customer violates our terms and conditions (e.g., using the website for prohibited purposes), we may cancel their order.

Maintaining a Record:

  • To ensure a secure shopping experience, we maintain a negative list of fraudulent transactions and customers. Customers on this list may face restrictions or have their orders cancelled.

Returns

Given that we are dealing with VedaSoul Botanicals products, our company follows a strict no-return or exchange policy. However, we do allow exchanges or returns under specific circumstances:

Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged, customers must follow these steps:

  • Share an unboxing video.
  • Record a packaging defect video.
  • Provide pictures of the damaged product or any missing/wrong items.
  • Contact our customer service at customercare@vedasoulbotanicals.com or call us at +911214227778 within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

If an order is cancelled, the refund will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 days.

For damaged product returns:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email within 25 working days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account first.
  • Contact your bank if needed.

Shipping

If an item is deemed damaged by our customer service team (after redressal), VedaSoul Botanicals Private Limited will pay for the shipping of the product.
