Let’s learn today about the five great elements! Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space. These five elements, are not only the base of the universe also of our body. If their balance is disturbed, three dosha’s are formed – Vata, Pitta, and Kapha which affect our digestion and immunity. For ex. Excessive heat increases Pitta, or dryness increases Vata.
Vata Dosha
Fatigue, anxiety, or constipation?
Restlessness or trouble sleeping?
It could be that your Vata dosha is imbalanced. Vata means movement – body’s flow, mind’s calm. When this is disturbed, everything is affected. Ayurveda has a solution – you have to follow the 8 branches of ayurveda or consuming natural products from Vedasoul Botanicals can help bring your body back into balance.
Pitta Dosha
Excessive sweating, acidity, loose motions, or mood swings?
Do you get angry quickly? Feel too much heat in your body?
It could be that your Pitta dosha has increased! Excessive sweating, acidity, loose motions, or mood swings are all signs of high Pitta.
To balance Pitta: Consume cooling foods like Gulkand, aloe vera juice, and coconut water. Avoid spicy and fried foods. And if you balance your Pitta, your mind will also stay cool, and your body will remain calm!
Kapha Dosha
Feeling tired, heavy, or lazy?
It could be that your Kapha Dosha has increased! People with Kapha are usually calm and grounded, but when imbalanced, it can cause weight gain, sinus issues, or a feeling of slow digestion.
To balance Kapha: Drink warm water, ginger tea, and eat light meals. Avoid dairy and oily foods. If you want to balance your Kapha you can use our Kofosol, which can balance your kapha naturally.
If Kapha is balanced, you will feel energetic, and your mind will stay active too!
Dhatu’s and Mala’s
DHATU’s (fundamental tissue)
Our body is not just made of muscles. According to Ayurveda, it is made of 7 dhatu’s:
Rasa: Nourishment
Rakta: Blood
Mamsa: Muscle
Meda: Fat
Asthi: Bones
Majja: Marrow
Shukra: Vitality & fertility
Maintaining the balance of each dhatu is essential for strength, glow, and energy. When there’s a balance in us, the outer glow looks natural.
Mala (Waste product)
Constipation or excessive sweating?
OR is there no sweating?
It’s not normal – it’s MALA
In Ayurveda, there are three MALA:
Purish(stool), Mutra(urine), Sveda(sweat), these are the toxin’s which are eliminated form the body. Removing them at the right time is the true meaning of detox. The body is not clean unless these are eliminated. To clean your body from inside we need DETOSOL who detox your body naturally. DETOSOL helps in excretion of toxins.

Healthy digestion= Glowing skin, sharp mind, strong immunity!
